Today is the day we return to LBI but the house closing is today.  I am not attending anything but want to wait till I know it is done.  Otherwise I could have left last night.

We did a lot of running around a lot in Kinnelon area.  Sports Authority, Pathmark, Chase bank.  Left for LBI about 3:30pm and dealt with a lot of traffic.  We probably didn't arrive till 6:30 or so.

John & MaryAnn stayed with us.  It started to rain and we attempted dinner at the Black Whale 1.5 hour wait so we checked in at Tucker's, another long wait.  MaryAnn called the Engleside got a reservation, we got seated early and had a great dinner.  I had Chilean Sea Bass, Liz had flounder francaise.

Rained like crazy on our way to the Engleside.

We had to hit the beach today because we were leaving on Monday to head north so I could complete my closing.  We brought two umbrellas and it was a good thing because it rained like crazy once we were there.  I spoke to Mary Ann about her and John staying with us on Friday.

Rain did stop for a little while...

We headed back to the house and the rain really started:

Since I am writing this well after we left, I don't recall many details but I believe on this night we headed down to Buckalew's to see Lenny G. and The Soulsenders.

After packing up from the Liberty house we said goodbye to all. We went up to the Engleside beach to hang out until we could get into the house.

Today Liz and I arrived at our home for the next six weeks. 100 E. Indiana Ave., Beach Haven Terrace. I rented the place only seeing online photos and assurance from my real estate agent that the place was clean.

It was very hot as we unloaded items from my truck into the house. We had the AC blasting and when done we just sat. After the nice house on the beach that we just came from, this place felt small and a little shabby but we would grow to really like it.

We would only have a couple of days. We planned to leave on Monday so I could go back and get ready for the closing on my house sale.
